This is the South of France that shaped Gaby, and the one she wants to share with you.
Gaby first came to France for a year, but she fell in love with the South and stayed over a decade. Seven of those years were in Montpellier, where she taught high school, cycled to the beach, and discovered the kind of beauty that lives in everyday rhythms: sun-soaked afternoons, slow dinners, vibrant markets, and landscapes that have inspired centuries of artists.
Now she's inviting you into that world. Six days between Marseille and Provence, moving through limestone calanques and open countryside, tasting local wines and painting in the fields that inspired Cézanne, riding horses through the wild beauty of the Camargue, and gathering around tables where the food is seasonal and the conversations linger.
It's intimate, intentional, and rooted in the places that still feel like home to her.

A gentle morning begins with Pilates at the villa. The group heads to Aix-en-Provence to wander its market and shaded streets, selecting fresh seasonal ingredients. From there, into the countryside for an open-air watercolor painting session in the painters' fields. A quiet immersion in the landscapes that shaped Cézanne's work. Back at the villa, those same ingredients come to life during a hands-on cooking session, followed by a mosaic-making workshop with a local artisan to close the day.
